Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the management and scheduling of content across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Draft engaging copy for social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Support the creative team in brainstorming and developing innovative campaign concepts.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling weekly analytics reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral.
- Provide administrative support for marketing events and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media algorithms.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or basic Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
