Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Support the marketing team in drafting compelling property descriptions and marketing copy.
- Monitor social media engagement metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials align with current property listings.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for company events and property viewings.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative marketing ideas.
- Assist in basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for real estate and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is an advantage.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
