PMN BISCUIT INDUSTRIES Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Segamat, Johor. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand development for a growing food manufacturing brand.
As our Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in boosting our digital presence. You will work closely with our marketing department to manage e-commerce platforms, engage with our community on social media, and contribute to creative content campaigns. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day management of company e-commerce stores (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop).
- Create engaging, brand-aligned visual and written content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries to build brand loyalty.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing activations.
- Analyze online traffic and sales data to suggest improvements for product listings.
- Assist in coordinating photography or video shoots for product promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product listings are accurate and updated.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a strong plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available for the full internship duration based in Segamat, Johor.
