Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct market research to identify current digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviors.
- Support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, email outreach, and lead generation initiatives.
- Perform administrative duties to maintain organized marketing files, databases, and campaign trackers.
- Collaborate with team members during brainstorming sessions for brand awareness and creative storytelling.
- Help monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for social media posts and marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (requiring OJT/internship hours).
- Strong familiarity with major social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (such as Canva) and office productivity suites (Google Workspace or MS Office).
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote work environment.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop suitable for daily virtual collaboration.
