Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content, etc.)
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging posts/content
- Support email marketing campaigns including newsletter creation and analysis
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Help create marketing collaterals such as flyers, presentations, and videos
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with the team on special projects and events
- Participate in paid training sessions to enhance marketing skills
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
