Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning, shooting, and editing engaging video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and the company website.
- Create visually compelling graphic designs for marketing collateral, including digital brochures, banners, emailers, and property listings.
- Support the content team in researching, writing, and proofreading copy for websites, press releases, blog posts, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and assets for new property launches and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and schedule content across the companyâs social media channels to ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current trends and best practices in real estate marketing.
- Assist in the organization and promotion of company events, webinars, and virtual property tours.
- Maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring all creative files are properly archived and accessible.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Film & Video, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong graphic design skills with solid experience using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) or Canva.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- A creative and innovative mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months (6 months preferred).
