You will learn the art of O2O (Online-to-Offline) marketing, driving foot traffic through strategic WhatsApp engagement and viral content creation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-engagement content strategies for Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Leverage AI tools for copywriting, image generation, and trend analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage O2O marketing initiatives to convert online engagement into physical salon appointments.
- Execute direct marketing campaigns via WhatsApp to nurture customer relationships and increase loyalty.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to align social content with in-salon promotions.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty tech trends to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of social media algorithms and content trends on TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar generative AI platforms).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling, brand-aligned copy.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
