Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to drive campaign excellence and innovation
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and email campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive insights
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI across all channels

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns for consumer brands
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and emerging trends
- Experience in the collectibles, retail, or luxury goods industry preferred
