This is a unique opportunity to lead marketing strategy for Australian B2B clients while operating from our vibrant hybrid office in Makati CBD. As an AI-native consultancy, we believe in the power of technology to transform marketing. You will have the autonomy to integrate the latest AI tools into every facet of our campaigns—from content generation and predictive analytics to automated personalization and lead scoring.
Your Mission:
Drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and establish Practice Heroes as the go-to consulting partner for Australian businesses. You will architect the marketing roadmap, manage a growing team, and ensure our messaging resonates perfectly with decision-makers across the AU market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the Australian B2B market, utilizing AI-driven tools to optimize campaign performance.
- Lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making.
- Leverage AI analytics platforms to generate actionable insights on customer behavior, campaign ROI, and market trends for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and collateral that resonates with Australian business leaders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue goals, ensuring a seamless lead-to-customer lifecycle.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Spearhead brand positioning efforts, establishing Practice Heroes as a thought leader in AI-powered consulting for the Australian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience targeting and engaging the Australian market is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, Midjourney, AI-driven analytics platforms).
- Exceptional skills in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, LinkedIn advertising, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex value propositions into compelling marketing narratives.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) to track and optimize KPIs.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a hybrid team environment.
