- Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to capture target audiences.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Marketing Lead or senior-level marketing role.
- Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, SEO/SEM principles, and funnel optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage creative workflows and project timelines.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup while maintaining high standards of collaboration.
