- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Starvalley Puchong glamping project to drive brand awareness and occupancy.
- Lead the planning and execution of high-impact events, promotional campaigns, and experiential marketing activities.
- Define and oversee the overall content direction, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all digital and offline channels.
- Manage public relations efforts, media relations, and social media engagement to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze marketing performance data, ROI, and consumer trends to provide actionable insights and detailed reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, design) to ensure brand consistency and successful project delivery.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitive landscape trends to optimize marketing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or hospitality with a strong focus on lifestyle and experiential brands.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a creative team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability in event management, campaign execution, and brand storytelling.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in visual and written content.
