Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for BPKB motor leaseback products
- Identify and prospect potential clients through digital channels and field activities
- Present product offerings and financial solutions to prospective customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine approaches
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing (multifinance, banking, or automotive credit preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of BPKB leaseback products and automotive financing
- Results-oriented with proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits
- High school diploma or equivalent (S1 degree preferred)
