Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for vehicle leaseback products targeting BPKB motor owners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consultation
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into leaseback agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and customer experience
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting leaseback products
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year sales/marketing experience in multifinance, banking, automotive credit, or leaseback sectors
- Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Valid SIM C for field mobility and client meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools
