Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the growth of our banking, real estate, and construction divisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and media inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between departments to align messaging and promotional activities effectively.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, campaigns, and roadshows to enhance brand visibility.
- Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, press releases, and digital content.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing, communications, or public relations roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-sector corporate environment.
- Willingness to travel for events or client meetings as required.
