Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business growth goals and seasonal furniture trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of multi-channel campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, and local community events.
- Analyze marketing data and customer insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Manage the brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual aesthetics.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop effective point-of-sale promotions and retail marketing materials.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and partnerships to expand our customer base in Cebu and surrounding areas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in retail or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM principles).
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable growth.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire a cross-functional team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cebuano/Filipino.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and an interest in furniture/home improvement trends.
