Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans to achieve brand positioning and sales objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of property launch campaigns, including media planning, creative direction, and event management.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media content, and lead generation funnels to maximize ROI.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the property sector.
- Collaborate with internal sales and product development teams to ensure marketing collateral aligns with project USPs and market demand.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on marketing budget utilization and campaign performance metrics to senior management.
- Enhance the company’s corporate identity and public relations through strategic communication and community engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record specifically within the property development or real estate industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing solutions.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a competitive market environment.
