- Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive marketing experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven success in developing B2B marketing campaigns for FMCG or ingredients industry
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting market data and KPIs
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team development track record
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and presentation delivery
