- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Oversee content creation for website, blog, and social channels to engage target audiences.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Represent the brand at industry events and build partnerships with travel agencies and media.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Passion for eco-tourism and sustainability.
- Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
