Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website and social media platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and conversion
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Supervise marketing team and coordinate with external agencies and vendors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience in healthcare or dental industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and campaign metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
