Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee all digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and events.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and high return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and KPIs to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices in the Indonesian market.
