Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the company's pharmaceutical product portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and medical affairs teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and medically accurate.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources across various promotional channels effectively.
- Plan and execute product launches, medical seminars, and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement programs.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting tactics to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Ensure all marketing collateral and communications comply with local regulatory standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical product life cycles and the Philippine healthcare market landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
