- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for laptops, phones, and accessories.
- Lead the creation and management of digital and traditional campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and promotional events.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent visual and verbal identity across all marketing channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches.
- Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and brand engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems) and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Highly creative with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Tagalog is preferred.
