Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the local market and target audience of La Union.

  • Manage the mall's digital presence, including social media management, content creation, and website updates to boost engagement.

  • Collaborate with retailers, anchor tenants, and vendors to create a vibrant and cohesive shopping environment.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, mall management, or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
