Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional, events) to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Oversee the South East Brewing Co brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the beverage and hospitality sectors.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, production, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, key influencers, partners, and local communities to foster positive brand perception.
  • Plan and execute engaging promotional events, tastings, and partnerships in Denpasar, Bali, and other strategic locations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role, preferably within the FMCG, hospitality, or beverage industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous for engaging with local and international audiences.
