We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. A key component of this position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with universities to expand our network and tap into new markets. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging effectively reaches and resonates with our target audience.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including short-term and long-term plans, to drive traffic and sales growth.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
- Oversee the company's brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all digital and traditional channels.
- Lead the creation of engaging content, including campaigns, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
- Monitor campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role (3-5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software.
