We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join Premier Business Family Consultants Inc.. Based in the vibrant city of Cebu, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative and expanding our market reach. We are looking for a leader who can blend creativity with analytical rigor to drive customer engagement and support our sales objectives.
In this role, you will oversee the entire marketing lifecycle—from strategic planning and execution to performance analysis. You will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, managing our social media channels, and developing content that drives traffic and conversions. By collaborating closely with the sales team, you will ensure that marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth and brand loyalty.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and oversee the company’s brand identity, messaging, and visual assets.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary marketing support and materials.
- Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Create engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong strategic mindset.
- Experience in the Cebu or Visayas market is highly preferred.
