Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase footfall and revenue at Boracay Newcoast.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorship deals with national and international brands.
- Manage the leasing and activation of temporary spaces to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue generation.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute large-scale events that align with the brand identity of the township.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to pivot marketing tactics for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational execution of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance and ROI for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the tourism, property development, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong background in business development, event management, and commercial leasing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver high-impact results under pressure.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media analytics.
- Willingness to be based in Boracay (Malay, Aklan).
