Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for Brokerage and Securities products.
- Plan, organize, and execute high-end events for Private Wealth clients, ensuring a premium experience.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including thought leadership articles, brochures, and digital newsletters.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including vendor coordination, budget management, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Relationship Managers to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Drive client engagement and brand awareness within the Premier Banking segment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing, specifically within Brokerage, Securities, or Investment Banking.
- Demonstrated experience in managing luxury or private wealth events is highly preferred.
- Prior working experience in a Premier Banking environment is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professional standards.
