Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for F&B products and services
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign ROI through data analytics
- Lead and mentor marketing teams while coordinating with sales, product, and operations departments
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, content creation, and SEO/SEM
- Organize promotional events and manage partnerships with distributors and retailers
- Analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with 3+ years in F&B industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
