Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in garment/fashion industry
- Proven track record in B2B marketing strategy development and execution
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) with cross-cultural communication skills
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Knowledge of Indonesian garment market trends and regulations
