Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for IPO roadshows and capital market transactions.
- Create high-quality investor decks, prospectuses, and executive summaries to support fundraising efforts.
- Manage corporate branding and communications to enhance market positioning and visibility.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and media outlets for press releases and financial news coverage.
- Monitor capital market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing tactics dynamically.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to strict regulatory and compliance standards.
- Organize and manage professional investor meetings, webinars, and roadshow logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate marketing, preferably within the financial services or capital markets sector.
- Strong understanding of IPO processes, investor relations, and capital market dynamics.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial concepts into clear, professional communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) or similar design tools is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
