Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for oncology assets to achieve market growth and commercial targets.
- Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to HCPs (Healthcare Professionals).
- Analyze complex market trends, competitor activities, and patient data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment in all promotional materials.
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI.
- Engage and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product positioning and advocacy.
- Translate technical clinical data into compelling, patient-centric value propositions for various stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing, with at least 3 years specifically in the Oncology therapeutic area.
- Proven track record in brand management, product launch execution, and multi-channel campaign development.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine healthcare regulatory environment and market access dynamics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret clinical trial data for commercial application.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
