- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies including paid ads, SEO, and CRM automation
- Lead brand positioning initiatives for premium moving services across digital platforms
- Design and implement lead generation systems to drive qualified customer acquisition
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing ROI
- Manage digital advertising budgets across Google, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with conversion goals
- Oversee content creation strategy for website, social media, and email marketing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in marketing management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in paid advertising (PPC, social media ads) and SEO optimization
- Advanced CRM automation and marketing platform experience (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven campaign optimization experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful lead generation and brand growth initiatives
- Excellent project management abilities with cross-functional team leadership
- Knowledge of moving industry or logistics sector preferred
