As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of advertising campaigns, mall events, and digital initiatives tailored to the Puerto Princesa market. You will collaborate with mall tenants and regional teams to ensure that SM City Puerto Princesa remains the premier lifestyle destination in the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive mall foot traffic and increase tenant sales.
- Oversee the conceptualization and production of mall-wide events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage the mall’s advertising and promotional budget to ensure maximum ROI on all initiatives.
- Coordinate with media partners, influencers, and local stakeholders to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media content and community engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints within the mall.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in retail, real estate, or commercial malls.
- Strong background in event management, media relations, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data reporting and market research tools.
