Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and onboard new merchants into the ACI payment ecosystem
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners
- Implement strategies to drive merchant activation and increase transaction frequency
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential merchant segments
- Provide ongoing merchant training and operational support
- Monitor merchant performance data and optimize engagement tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in merchant acquisition or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of local business landscape in Jawa Timur
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Familiarity with digital payment systems preferred
