As our Marketing Officer, you will bridge the gap between our kitchen, bar, and our customers. You will have the creative freedom to design local promotions, manage our growing social media communities, and implement strategies that directly impact sales and guest loyalty. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative monthly promotional calendars to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with engaging content.
- Coordinate with the operations team to launch new menu items, happy hour specials, and themed event nights.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities within the Davao City hospitality sector.
- Draft compelling copy for digital advertisements, newsletters, and in-venue signage.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local influencers, media partners, and community organizers.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar).
- Strong understanding of the local culture and consumer behavior in Davao City.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino/Bisaya.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for event coverage.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
