Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve branch target growth.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations with prospective clients regarding financial products.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Perform market analysis to identify new business opportunities in the Jakarta Selatan area.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly activity reports for the Branch Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application and approval process.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on financial regulations and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in marketing or sales is a significant advantage.
- Possess a strong communication and negotiation skill set.
- High motivation, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willing to be stationed at our South Jakarta 2 branch (Pasar Minggu).
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Proficient in using digital tools and mobile applications for work efficiency.
