Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and branch targets for the leaseback car product.
- Proactively prospect for new clients and build a sustainable database of potential applicants.
- Conduct direct selling activities, including client visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Analyze prospective customer profiles and assess financing eligibility in accordance with company credit policies.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and participate in regular team meetings to track performance progress.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth documentation and quick disbursement for approved loans.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or field collection; fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse clients.
- Willingness to work in the field and mobile in the Jakarta Utara area.
- Highly target-oriented, resilient, and capable of working under pressure.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong integrity and a professional attitude toward client services.
