Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for microfinance products (financing, savings, deposits)
- Proactively identify and onboard new clients through field marketing initiatives
- Manage end-to-end collection of savings deposits and funds
- Monitor and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance
- 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience (banking/microfinance preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Jawa Timur
