Join Total Bersama Insurance as a Marketing Officer (Solo) and drive our market expansion in Surakarta! This dynamic role focuses on building strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders including leasing companies, dealers, agents, and brokers. You'll conduct regular field visits to dealers and leasing branch offices to promote our comprehensive insurance products, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers autonomy while requiring proactive engagement with partners to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with leasing companies, dealers, agents, and brokers
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers and leasing branch offices
- Promote insurance products and services to potential partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Proven relationship-building skills with business partners
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
