Join DMX Trading Indonesia's dynamic marketing team as an Offline/Field Marketing Specialist. This frontline role is critical for expanding our fresh produce distribution network across Jakarta. You'll be the face of our brand, directly engaging with customers to drive sales growth while building lasting relationships that position DMX as Jakarta's preferred fresh fruit and vegetable provider.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic door-to-door canvassing to identify and acquire new commercial/residential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service
- Execute daily sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for fresh fruits and vegetables
- Collect and report market intelligence on competitor pricing, product preferences, and emerging trends
- Coordinate logistics for product demonstrations and promotional events at target locations
- Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions and track sales pipeline progress
- Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and product quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in field sales, canvassing, or direct marketing roles
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical stamina to work outdoors and navigate diverse urban neighborhoods
- Proficiency with mobile CRM applications and basic reporting tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (preferred)
