Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end influencer recruitment process, including sourcing, vetting, and onboarding KOLs.
- Coordinate with influencers to schedule content creation, reviews, and campaign deliverables.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future strategies.
- Maintain an organized database of influencers and partners for easy access and management.
- Assist in the administrative setup of marketing campaigns, including asset tracking and deadlines.
- Support the marketing team in daily operations, reporting, and data entry.
- Monitor social media trends to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing operations or social media management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social media tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
