- Oversee and optimize marketing technology stack including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools across Asia and Emerging Markets
- Develop, implement, and maintain marketing processes that ensure campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align marketing operations with business objectives and global standards
- Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI analysis for regional marketing initiatives
- Lead the implementation of marketing attribution models and multi-touch campaign tracking
- Train and mentor marketing team members on best practices for marketing technology utilization
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing data analysis and reporting
- Deep understanding of the Asian market landscape and cultural nuances
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI on marketing investments
