Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and contact databases.
- Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms to boost engagement.
- Track key marketing metrics and prepare weekly performance reports for management.
- Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Organize digital files and maintain an efficient filing system for marketing assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are high-quality.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a marketing operations role is highly preferred.
