- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement, professionally representing client brands at events and campaign activations.
- Execute strategic outreach initiatives to generate high-quality leads and drive measurable sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, coordinate, and manage on-ground and digital promotional activities.
- Provide detailed feedback and market intelligence to optimize ongoing campaigns and develop new strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of daily activities, customer interactions, and campaign performance using our CRM systems.
- Participate actively in the Career Development Program's training modules covering sales techniques, communication skills, and leadership fundamentals.
- Assist in building strong brand loyalty through exceptional customer service and follow-up communications.
- Contribute to team goals and KPIs, ensuring a high standard of performance and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
