- Identify and research potential partnership opportunities across various industries.
- Reach out to prospective partners via email, social media, and networking events to initiate collaborations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ongoing partnerships to optimize engagement.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align partnership activities with broader campaign goals.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach success, conversion rates, and overall partnership impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or similar roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian professional education landscape is a plus.
