Job Summary
Carlcare Service is seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing Procurement Specialist to own the end‑to‑end sourcing and acquisition of point‑of‑sale materials (POSM) for our retail and marketing campaigns. You will partner with marketing, brand, and sales teams to translate campaign objectives into precise procurement plans, guaranteeing on‑time delivery within the allocated budget.
Your primary focus will be to identify, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers across retail, FMCG, Telco, electronics, advertising, media, and printing/production sectors. By harnessing market intelligence and sharpening negotiation tactics, you will drive cost efficiency while upholding the highest quality standards for all POSM assets—from printed flyers and shelf talkers to high‑impact digital displays.
As part of the procurement team, you will be involved in the full procurement cycle: drafting specifications, issuing RFQs, comparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and tracking delivery performance. You will maintain a preferred‑vendor list, conduct periodic supplier audits, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to shorten lead times and reduce waste.
The role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of marketing materials, providing ample opportunity to develop expertise in category management, cost analysis, and strategic sourcing. You will report directly to the Procurement Manager and collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of every campaign.

- Lead end‑to‑end procurement of point‑of‑sale materials (POSM) for retail and marketing campaigns, from request to delivery.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and lead times with suppliers, agencies, and production houses to maximize cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, performance scorecards, and contract compliance across multiple categories (print, display, digital).
- Coordinate with internal marketing, brand, and sales teams to align on forecast, design specifications, and timeline requirements.
- Monitor procurement budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular cost analysis reports to senior management.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, quality control, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands‑on procurement experience, preferably within retail, FMCG, Telco, Electronics, or advertising agencies.
- Proven track record in sourcing and managing POSM, print, and promotional material suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to drive cost savings.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP or procurement software.
- Excellent communication, project‑management, and problem‑solving abilities; detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple deadlines.
