Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Manage customer inquiries across various channels including walk-ins, phone calls, and digital platforms.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase product features.
- Negotiate sales terms and manage the end-to-end documentation process for vehicle releases.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of current Toyota vehicle lineups, specifications, and financing options.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (automotive industry experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential buyers.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and lead generation platforms.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License.
- Strong self-motivation and a resilient, 'go-getter' attitude.
