Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote BFI Finance products and services in the assigned territory
- Identify and approach potential clients through field marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity summaries
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Previous marketing experience is highly preferred
- Must have a private vehicle and valid SIM A/C license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong preference for fieldwork and outdoor activities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is advantageous
- Highly motivated with a customer-oriented approach
