Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to acquire new clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends
- Present financial products and services tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with credit teams to ensure compliance and smooth processing
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics
- Train clients on digital banking solutions and product features
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as Marketing/Credit Officer in financing/banking sector
- Proven track record in sales target achievement
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial products and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred
- Valid SIM and willingness for field visits
